Tool Usage

Our flow chart software is designed as an aid to help team members and consultants track, visualize, analyze, and optimize process mapping and value chain mapping collaboratively. It is intended to support and enhance your workflow by providing visual and organizational tools. However, it is not a substitute for professional judgment or expertise. The insights and decisions derived from using the software should be validated and supplemented by the user’s knowledge and experience. We provide this tool to facilitate collaboration and efficiency, but ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and effectiveness of any process or value chain mapping lies with the user.

Data Backups

Our software includes features for local import/export of JSON files and saving/loading data to a cloud database. While we strive to ensure the reliability of our cloud services, we strongly recommend users regularly back up their data locally. The company is not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, server issues, or user error. Users should maintain their own backup copies to prevent data loss.

Data Accuracy

The accuracy of the data entered and maintained within our flow chart software is the responsibility of the user. While we provide the tools to organize and manage your data, we cannot guarantee that the information will always be accurate, up-to-date, or complete. Users are encouraged to regularly review and validate their data to ensure it meets their requirements.

Software Integrity

Our team is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and performance of our flow chart software. However, we cannot guarantee that the software will be free from bugs, errors, or interruptions. Users may encounter issues that could affect functionality or data integrity. We advise users to report any bugs or irregularities they encounter to help us improve the software. Use of the software is at your own risk.

Security

We prioritize the security of your data and employ various measures to protect it. However, no system can be entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling additional security measures where available.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using our software, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Users should review our privacy policy regularly for any updates or changes.

Data Collection

No data is being collected. All flow chart data, including boards, cards, links, groups, fields, etc. are being handled browser client side, including export and import of json data which is being stored on the user’s local computer. This data is not being collected, parsed or analyzed on the cloud side. It is optional to save your wrapped data in the cloud database as one blob per board. You can then load this wrapped board data blob back into the client side browser flow chart tool for further editing. Saving to and loading from Cloud DB is optional.

Authentication

User management is provided by an industry standard authentication solution and our service does not collect any personal or company information beyond the login email address.

Subscription Service

Subscription payement management is provided by Stripe Billing and our service does not collect any personal or company information beyond the confirmation that your account is active for the tier you are subscribed to.

Usage Limitations

Our flow chart software is designed to assist with process and value chain mapping; however, it has certain limitations. The software may not be suitable for all types of data or mapping scenarios, and its performance can vary based on the complexity of the tasks and the quality of the input data. Users should not rely solely on the software for critical decisions and should be aware that it is one of many tools that can be used in process optimization and analysis. The software is intended to complement, not replace, professional expertise and judgment.

Third-Party Integrations

For future reference as currently there are no third-party integrations. Our software may integrate with third-party services to enhance functionality, such as cloud storage solutions or additional analytical tools. While we strive to ensure these integrations are secure and reliable, we cannot guarantee the performance or security of third-party services. Any issues arising from the use of third-party services should be addressed directly with those providers.
